HOTEL BOOKING POLICIES

DATES VALID: Offer valid from 27/05/2014 to 13/06/2014

BOOKING REQUISITES: When booking the room you will be asked to provide the number and expiration date of your CREDIT CARD.

PAYMENT METHOD: The total amount of your booking must be paid directly to the hotel. Upon receipt of the hotel booking form, the hotel will send a confirmation email and to guarantee the room, payment should be made through credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, Diners Club) or wire transfer as follows. The first night will be charged upon receiving the booking request, the rest will be paid at the hotel.

CANCELLATIONS: If cancellations are received before 21 days there will be no charges. Between 21 days or 72 before the arriving date, one night will be charged. Between 71 hours and the day of arrival, all nights booked will be charged, 3 nights maximum.

NO SHOW: three nights will be charged to the credit card provided, unless fewer nights were reserved, in that case the nights reserved will be the nights charged. Notify the hotel if you foresee this circumstance.

OTHER HOTEL POLICIES:

Check-In Time: 3 pm.

Early Check-In: from 10.00 am - 50% of the booking rate

Check out Time: 12 pm.

Late Check-Out: until 4 pm - 50% of the booking rate

LAST DAY FOR BOOKING: May 15th.
