REGISTER INFORMATION

There are two ways to participate in our conference.


REGISTER


First as a delegate. If you choose this option, you should go to Attendance Form.
After you register online (attendance form), you need to PRINT, complete and send the Registration Credit Card Form to finish the registration process.

Cancellations: An administrative fee of USD 50 will be charged to cancellations received before May 20th. We regret there will be no refunds for cancellations thereafter. Substitutes are acceptable at any time.

The registrations will open in March.


STAND

The other option you can choose is to participate with a stand, in that case you should go to Stand Reservation Form. To secure your place you will also need to send us the Stand Reservation Credit Card Form.

You will be able to find information about the terms and conditions in each form. For more detailed information please go to Conference / Stands.

The stands reservations will open on March 20th. There are just a few spaces for exhibit so be sure to reserve your place as soon as possible.


HOTEL


The conference will take place at the THE WESTIN PLAYA BONITA PANAMÁ .

Please note that you need to be fully registered at the conference to book a room at the hotel.
